Located on 16th, 25th, and 31st Streets and Atlantic Avenue, Gold Key Resorts operates one-stop information centers for Virginia Beach vacation guests and residents. These centers offer discount tickets to area attractions, dining and plenty of information on events happening in the area. In addition, customers are also able to sign up to preview our resorts when considering vacation ownership.

OBC Discovery Center

The Ocean Beach Club Discovery Center was purpose-built to add value to guests and residents through providing unique, upscale dining, casual convenience outlets and other amenities. The Discovery Center also holds an Oceanfront Yoga Studio, a Hospitality Center for guests checking in on a tour, and an informational area to allow guests to preview the Ocean Beach Club in consideration of vacation ownership.

Central Laundry

Opening in 2005, Gold Key/PHR brought a centralized laundry cleaning and delivery service to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Through state-of-the-art equipment and a staff of detail-oriented, talented associates, the Central Laundry Facility washes, dries, folds and delivers up to 7T of Laundry per week in peak season. This facility is the first of its kind in the region.

Marketing Center

Located on 19th Street and Birdneck Road, Gold Key/PHR holds an office tailored to Group Sales, Centralized Reservations and Marketing. Associates in this building develop marketing campaigns, design and conduct events, and ensure that guests get to the property that will be the perfect fit for their vacation.

Corporate Offices

Gold Key/PHR's Corporate Office holds the Shared Resources that serve the company as a whole. Divisions like Accounting/Finance, Executive Management and Public Relations operate out of this location to provide convenience for departments and individuals who need to utilize these services.
