Gold Key PHR Future Development
Our latest development, Phase I of the Ocean Beach Club, is open and thriving. But, we have three more phases to go before the 34th Street Project is complete. Here’s a preview of our future development:
Phase II- This phase will connect to the completed Phase I. This tower will contain 100 timeshare units. Unique to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Phase II will also have 8 two-story penthouse units. The structure will raise 19 stories, 180 feet tall. Ocean Beach Club Phase II will be the first hotel to make two-story penthouse units available to the public.
Phase III- The next phase will be a hotel/timeshare hybrid with 100 hotel rooms and 70 high-end luxury timeshare units. The building will be 20 stories and 200 feet tall. Gold Key / PHR expects to break ground on this phase in 2009.
Phase IV---Be sure to return to this site for more information on the Phases as it comes available. Phase IV will be determined based on the progress of II and III.
