Construction began in late 2010 on Oceanaire, the 3rd phase of the highly successful Ocean Beach Club Resort. Oceanaire is a mixed use timeshare/hotel property and is located adjacent to the first two phases of Ocean Beach Club at the exclusive North End of Virginia Beach.
