Oceanaire Takes The Resort Experience To New Heights

Construction began in November, 2010 on Oceanaire, our newest development venture. Oceanaire is a hybrid time-share/hotel property, located adjacent to the wildly successful Ocean Beach Club, two distinctive towers at the exclusive North End of Virginia Beach. The new, $75 million, twenty story Oceanaire will add 70 luxury time-share units and 106 hotel suites, a 5-star lobby, lounge, indoor pool and owners club and deck. Just a few blocks up the boardwalk from the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront and 31Ocean, Oceanaire promises to be another landmark destination for resort vacationers.
